Bracelets are available in all sizes?
Absolutely. All gemstone bracelets are available for order in X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large. Wish bracelets come equipped with an adjustable sliding knot and are available in Small/Medium and Medium/Large.
What size am I?
You can use a measuring tape (if you have a sewing kit, you can find one of these in there). If not, grab a ruler and a piece of string (or shoe lace, thread, floss, etc.) Take your stringy stuff and wrap it around your wrist, then lay across a ruler to find your wrist size in inches, cm or mm (you can convert to inches on google!)
How do I maintain my gems?
Although the sunshine feels so nice on your skin, too much sunlight on your gemstones could cause some discoloration. This is totally normal however if you want to retain the beautiful colour make sure you don’t leave your gemstones (crystals and bracelets) out & exposed to sunlight for too long.
Store your gems in a jewellery box or ziplock bag when you aren't using them. Some gemstones don't like water so it is recommended to keep all gemstones, bracelets and necklaces out of water (except your wishes, you can wear those in the shower).

Shipping in Canada is Free on orders totalling $50 and up, please allow 1-2 business days to prepare your order and up to 5 business days for your shipment to arrive.
Shipping to the U.S. is Free on orders totalling $75 USD and up, please allow 1-2 business days to prepare your order and up to 7-10 business days for your shipment to arrive

Returns & Exchanges
Can I make a return?
We accept returned items in their original condition and packaging for exchange only within 14 business days. After 14 business days from shipment date, items are final sale. Exchanges are available for Gemstone Bracelets, Keychains and damaged items only. Exchanges are not available for Wish Bracelets, Gemstone Crystals, Necklaces, Palo Santo and Crystal Kits*
Damaged items must be reported by sending an email with picture to email@example.com within 14 business days of shipment.
*should you receive any exclusion items damaged or defective, please send a picture to
firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 business days of shipment.
